Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
We ship to Australia and selected international destinations. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and factors outside our control including customs processing and carrier delays.
Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch:
- Australia: 7–21 business days
- International: 14–35 business days
Some products may ship from international warehouses and delivery times may fall outside these estimates. We will always aim to keep you informed if significant delays arise.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders as displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Delays and Disruptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, natural disasters, public health events, or any other circumstances outside our control. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
If your order has not arrived within 45 days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@rhfyned.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. RHFYNED is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@rhfyned.com and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will work to resolve the issue. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
