Refund policy

Statutory Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This policy is subject to, and does not limit, those rights.


Change of Mind Returns

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, or for errors made when ordering — except where required by applicable consumer law.

We offer a 7-day change of mind return window from the date of delivery for online purchases only. To be eligible, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You contact us at contact@rhfyned.com within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorisation
  • You receive written authorisation from RHFYNED before sending any item
  • The item is in as-new condition, unassembled, unused, with all original packaging, tags, and documentation intact
  • You arrange and cover all return shipping costs, including professional freight for large items

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, the purchase price less a transit and handling fee will be issued as store credit to your RHFYNED account. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase. Original delivery charges are not refunded.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any change of mind policy:

  • Bespoke, custom, made-to-order, or personalised pieces
  • Items that have been assembled, installed, or modified in any way
  • Clearance and sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Any item returned without prior written Return Authorisation

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at contact@rhfyned.com immediately with your order number and clear photographic evidence. We will arrange a remedy in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law at no cost to you.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 5 business days. Store credit will be applied to your account promptly upon approval. Where a cash refund is applicable under consumer law, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.


How to Start a Return

Email contact@rhfyned.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship any item until you have received written Return Authorisation from our team. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at your cost.


International Customers

RHFYNED currently ships to Australia. As we expand to additional markets, region-specific consumer rights will apply and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
