IMPORTANT: We stand behind our products, but returns are subject to STRICT conditions. Please read carefully before purchasing.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY - 30 Day Window ONLY

 

ELIGIBLE for return:

• Product is completely unused, unwashed, and unaltered

• Item is in original, pristine condition

• Original packaging is intact and undamaged

• Product is defective or damaged upon arrival

• Wrong item was sent to you

 

NOT ELIGIBLE for return (Non-Returnable):

• Item has been used, worn, tested, or tried on

• Packaging has been opened or tampered with

• Customer changed their mind ("just don't want it")

• Item shows any signs of use, wear, or customer testing

• Return requested after 30 days

• Item was damaged by customer misuse or negligence

• Customer doesn't like the color or style

• Dimensions didn't match customer expectations

• Item was used for events or displayed

 

RESTOCKING & PROCESSING FEES

 

20% Restocking Fee on ALL approved customer-initiated returns:

• Applied to refund amount

• Covers inspection, cleaning, reprocessing

• Example: $100 product = $80 refund ($20 fee)

 

Return Shipping Cost:

• Defective items: FREE (prepaid label provided)

• Customer returns: Customer pays ALL return shipping

• Return shipping costs NOT reimbursed

 

RETURN PROCESS

  2. 2. Provide order number and detailed return reason
  3. 3. We review request and respond within 48 hours
  4. 4. If approved, prepaid label sent (defective only)
  5. 5. Ship item back in original packaging
  6. 6. Refund processed 5-7 days after inspection

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS ONLY

 

If item arrives defective/damaged:

• Full refund (no restocking fee)

• Free return shipping label

• Replacement option available

• Contact immediately with photos

 

WRONG ITEM

 

If we sent the wrong product:

• Full refund (no restocking fee)

• Free return shipping

• Correct item shipped FREE

• Contact within 48 hours

• Items must be in resellable condition

• No signs of use or testing permitted

• Original packaging required

• We reserve right to refuse non-qualifying returns

• Damaged items due to customer negligence are non-returnable

• Return shipping is customer responsibility (except defective)
